also known as The Band Room, is located in what was previously part of the outdoor courtyard/work yard of the prison. It is now covered to make it available year round and due to noise complaints. You could hear the bands in South Williamsport on a clear night prior to the roof being added. While an active prison, there were 7 hangings in the Gallows, with the last one taking place in 1914. Over 100 years later, this is now the location of the stage in the band room.
